Gigaset Communications is a leading manufacturer of DECT telephones for the global market.

More than 1,800 people in 69 countries work for the former Siemens subsidiary. The majority of the products can carry the prestigious "Made in Germany" label, since they are designed and manufactured in their biggest market.

Gigaset decided to switch their entire web IT to Open Source technologies since their existing technology Hybris was not giving them the necessary flexibility for e-commerce or CMS functionality. A global relaunch project encompassing 69 country versions was contracted to AOE media to complete within a very tight timeframe. Find out how we did it in this talk.
