E-Commerce is the driver of growth in online business. In the future E-Commerce will not longer called E-Commerce just Commerce because through the variety of channels so called multi channel it will be a part of these. In this talk I will show trends in commerce and possibilities how the classical channels can be combined with the digital revolution. I will give examples not only for great integrations for example at the point of sale but also for payment and new delivering methods and concepts.
