The web that developers of today's established Open Source CMSes reacted to and built their software for, has virtually nothing to do with the web of today. There was no social media, no SEO management needed, no mobile web, no responsive layouts, no cross-channel considerations, no tablets and not the demand for integrating complex web applications. Six years ago, the TYPO3 community started sallying out to an uncertain journey, creating the application framework Flow and Neos, a new content management system which would fit the requirements of the next decade.
This session is about Neos 1.0. We will showcase Neos from a user's and a site integrator's point of view and explain in which fields it excels. You'll experience the fresh new user interface which allows you to focus on the essentials and take a peek under the hood discovering the technology which makes virtually any web project possible.
You'll leave with a good impression of what Neos can do today and what's on the horizon. And you'll feel that strong urge to start your very next project with TYPO3 Neos.
Excellent Wi-Fi will be available for the duration of the conference.
